Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Nightingale in the Vintage Inns family is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage a branded menu, and lead a team to deliver pride-worthy dishes in a welcoming pub environment.

You will drive performance, train chefs, manage orders and stock, and uphold strict health and hygiene standards while contributing to a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop chefs.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
