Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Fowlers Farm, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and manage stock and ordering while delivering great food with pride.

You’ll lead a branded menu, drive targets, and ensure health and hygiene compliance. This role offers a great team culture and opportunities to progress within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you can be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with branded menus and ensure consistency across dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
