Job summary

River Wyre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee training, food preparation, stock control and brand menu execution to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The role focuses on driving targets with your team, fostering development, and maintaining high standards of health and hygiene within a welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and coaching staff.
• Passion for delivering great food and guest service.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and portion control.
