Mitchells & Butler­s PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at The Kings Head, part of Vintage Inns. The role focuses on supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen you can be proud of, taking charge of the menu, and training great people while delivering great food.

You’ll work in a cosy pub environment as part of the Mitchells & Butlers family, with a mobile-friendly application process that takes just a couple of minutes and doesn’t require a CV.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
