Brassmills in Keynsham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team with a passion for great food. You’ll manage menu execution, staff training and standards to ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will be part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns, enjoying a range of benefits and opportunities for progression as the business grows and supports your development in a busy pub kitchen environment.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
