Running Horse at Sizzling Pub & Grill, one of the UK’s most loved pub brands, is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work flexible part-time shifts.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee that the team delivers on branded menus and meets targets.
