Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Running Horse. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and take charge of delivering great food and training staff across shifts.

You'll manage menus, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and help with ordering and stock. The role offers progression opportunities and staff benefits within a beloved pub brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high food quality.
• Knowledge of health, safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs to deliver food to a high standard.
• Drive achievement of targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
