Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns brand is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Ye Olde Six Bells to support the Head Chef, master the branded menu and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire your kitchen team, drive targets, manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while delivering exceptional hospitality.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast paced hospitality environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to develop and manage a branded menu and teams.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Ye Olde Six Bells, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
