Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Longbridge Mill to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, train chefs, and manage stock, food prep and ordering while upholding branded menus and high health standards.

You’ll work in Vintage Inns, a cozy rural pub group, with flexible shifts and strong progression opportunities as part of a large hospitality organisation. A competitive salary is on offer.
