Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Vintage Inns venues. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, train staff, and ensure the branded menu is executed to high standards.

The role emphasizes clean compliance with health and hygiene regulations, staff development, and achieving cooking targets. You will work in a pub environment with opportunities for progression and benefits as part of a larger hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Ability to train and coach Chefs and Kitchen Team members.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and managing stock and orders.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
