Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Angel (Vintage Inns). You will support the Head Chef, master the branded menu, and train a great team to deliver high-quality food with pride. You’ll drive performance, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff to high standards.
