The Angel, Vintage Inns (Mitchells & Butlers PLC) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a proud, high‑performing kitchen team. You will drive the menu, train staff, and ensure consistency in quality, with a focus on great food and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience training and leading kitchen teams.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and training staff.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock control and inventory.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Angel, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
