Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, Bears Head, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and training a capable kitchen team.

You will manage menu execution, drive target performance with your team, handle food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations, all within a branded Vintage Inns setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering, and menu execution.
• Knowledge of brand standards and health/hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu and hygiene regulations.
