Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Church Mouse (Vintage Inns) in England. You will support the Head Chef and train a kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of, while managing stock and food prep.

You’ll drive targets, work with a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Opportunities for progression and staff discounts are available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Proven ability to train and mentor kitchen staff and chefs.
