Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for its Fighting Cocks site. You will assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, taking charge of the menu and training the team to serve great food.

You’ll drive performance, manage food orders and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards, while delivering a branded experience.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Fighting Cocks, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
