Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Curlew, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a team, train staff, and ensure branded menu execution across venues within the group.

You’ll drive targets, manage food ordering and stock, and uphold stringent health and hygiene standards while delivering great guest experiences in a warm, pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver quality food.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and service standards.
• Proven ability to manage stock, ordering and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you can be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team through strong leadership and teamwork.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master branded menu execution across dishes and courses.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
