Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Grosvenor brand is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people while serving fantastic food.

Join Sizzling Pub & Grill and help manage menu execution, food ordering, stock control, and health and safety, while driving team development and progression within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
