Job summary

Green Man in Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train a talented kitchen team, and deliver dishes that make the brand proud. You will manage food ordering, prep, and stock while ensuring high standards of hygiene and consistency across a branded menu.

You will lead with passion, drive the team to hit targets, and help colleagues grow through paid qualifications and progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Green Man, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
