Job summary

Green Man in Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train your team, manage stock and orders, and uphold branded menu standards to deliver outstanding food and guest experiences.

With a view to progression, you’ll be supported by Mitchells & Butlers and enjoy extensive staff benefits, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training teams.
• Passion for delivering high quality food and service.
• Familiarity with branded menu operations and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to deliver pride-worthy food.
• Drive team to meet targets and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Work within a branded menu and support Head Chef.
