Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Grosvenor is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu while training great people. You’ll be pivotal in delivering high standards of food and hospitality across our pub brands.

Based at Sizzling Pub & Grill, you’ll play a key role from breakfast to the big game, enjoy team discounts, shares, and opportunities for progression in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and team leadership.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
