Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting at the Elisabeth Arms for a Kitchen Team Leader. You will support the Head Chef, train Chefs, and deliver food to a kitchen you can be proud of, working with a branded menu and a passion for great service.

You will oversee stock control, food ordering, and food preparation while driving team targets, ensuring health and hygiene standards, and developing team members through paid qualifications and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with the team and manage stock control.
• Assist with food ordering and preparation while maintaining branding.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee that the team adheres to branded menu standards.
