Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Wheatsheaf Inn, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You will support the Head Chef, lead kitchen staff, and ensure quality food service with a branded menu.

You will drive performance, train chefs, manage ordering and stock, and uphold health and hygiene standards to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver meals with pride.
• Drive targets with the team and maintain high standards.
• Oversee food preparation, ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu guidelines and hygiene rules.
