Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a busy kitchen, support the Kitchen Manager, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality dishes to specification. The role focuses on leadership, coaching, and maintaining standards across our kitchen brigade.

You will help with stock, ordering, and ensuring a clean, hygienic environment while contributing to ongoing improvements in kitchen performance. This is a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic pub environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and mentor a kitchen team.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation and HACCP standards.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety and H&S knowledge.
• Willingness to develop personally and drive the brigade forward.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and work with Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Supervise kitchen team in absence of Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplies.
