Job summary

Magnet Beckenham Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include converting enquiries, creating balanced kitchen designs, managing the sales pipeline, and visiting customers at home to identify upsell opportunities while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales and meeting sales targets is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Experience in home improvement design/showroom sales is desirable
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
