Job summary

Magnet in Liverpool is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs and delivering a standout customer experience that drives trust and sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design ambitious yet commercial kitchen concepts, build lasting relationships, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits and pursue upsell opportunities while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £40,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
