Hours: 0700-1500 Monday to Friday

About the role:

ANTI SLIP or SLIP RESISTANT SHOES/SAFETY SHOES MUST BE WORN

As the Kitchen Porter your responsibilities will include:

• Daily clean of kitchen areas and keeping refrigeration, freezers and stores clean
• Checking and putting deliveries away and reporting any shortages
• Assisting with some food preparation when necessary
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times
• Report failing equipment to the Head Chef

About you:

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen as a kitchen porter
• Be punctual, hard working and flexible
• A good knowledge of Food Hygiene
