The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What You Bring
  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • A proactive problem solver who can think quickly and make decisions.
