As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills; able to have genuine conversations with consideration and care
• Experience ensuring high standards in food safety, health, and safety
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team
