• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing – wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or via industrial dishwashers.
• Kitchen cleanliness – sanitize surfaces, counters and prep areas; manage waste.
• Food preparation – assist chefs with basic prep such as peeling, chopping, slicing.
• Inventory management – assist in receiving, storing and organizing supplies.
• Health and safety compliance – maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good order.
• Delivery of corporate hospitality to regional locations.
