Qualifications
- Dishwashing experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils and equipment by hand or with industrial dishwashers.
- Kitchen cleanliness – Clean and sanitise surfaces, bins and food prep areas; dispose waste properly.
- Food preparation – Assist chefs with basic prep tasks like peeling, chopping, slicing.
- Inventory management – Receive, store and organise kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Health and safety compliance – Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is safe to use.
