Soho House is hiring a Kitchen Porter at White City House, West London. You will clean and maintain kitchenware, support hygiene and safety standards, manage waste, and keep back-of-house areas tidy.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep areas tidy throughout shift.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies in line with UK regulations (HACCP).
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and SOPs.
• Support kitchen team by replenishing stock and assisting during peak times.
• Handle equipment carefully to minimise breakages and maintain inventory.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels and cleaning materials.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals.
