Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Scotland and the Lake District is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team, keep the workspace clean, and uphold high hygiene standards. You will sweep and mop floors, clean equipment by hand or in the dishwasher, organise deliveries, and assist with deep cleans.

Flexibility and stamina are essential, with weekend shifts likely. We offer competitive hourly pay (£10.85-£12.71) and a range of benefits through Wagestream, YuLife, Echo, and career development

Your responsibilities will include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment both by hand and using the dishwasher, organising deliveries, and assisting with deep cleans. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need stamina, focus, and the ability to work independently while staying flexible with working hours, including weekends. You may also take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
