Job summary

Crerar Hotels is hiring a Hotel Porter at Dunkeld House Hotel in Scotland. Must be over 25 with a clean UK driving license. You will help guests with luggage, answer questions about activities, and offer recommendations to enhance their stay while supporting event setups and daily operations.

Previous porter or similar hospitality experience is ideal. The role requires multitasking and professionalism under pressure, with opportunities to work across our Scottish hotels and Lake District

You will ensure consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards, maintaining a clean and well-kept environment throughout the day. Additionally, you’ll be ready to take on any other duties requested by the Managment. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal. As a Hotel Porter, you’ll need to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and approach guest service with professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
