Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across Scotland and the Lake District. You’ll prepare and plate high‑quality dishes while supervising junior staff and maintaining our high standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage daily kitchen operations, including shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage. Working closely with senior chefs, you’ll ensure compliance with food safety regulations and deliver outstanding culinary experiences for
