Job summary

Inn Collection Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Offshore in Lytham St Annes. You will support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing the wash-up area, and keeping equipment clean.

• Maintain the wash-up area and kitchen cleanliness in line with hygiene standards.

As Kitchen Porter, you'llplay a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining the higheststandards of food hygiene. Your positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn will be essential as you manage the wash-up area, ensure kitchenequipment cleanliness, and assist with basic food preparation.

You’ll work closely with team members and customers, demonstrating confidence and courtesy in all interactions. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to personal presentation. You'll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by following the cleaning schedule and taking on other general duties as directed.
