The Inn Collection Group's Harrogate site is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a passionate kitchen team. You will take responsibility for your section, ensure flawless presentation and maintain high standards from prep to service.

You will oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation, while collaborating with kitchen staff, front-of-house and management to deliver exceptional meals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie with experience in a similar role and passion for food.
• Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and policy.
• Strong communication, time-keeping and organisational skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams.
• Deliver quality food under pressure.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
