Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef for Offshore, located on the seafront in Lytham St Annes. You will lead your section with a focus on fresh, high-quality dishes and consistent presentation, contributing to a welcoming, fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, upholding hygiene standards and supporting ongoing development through the Lead-Inn program while delivering heartfelt hospitality to guests.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
• Maintain highest standards of food hygiene, safety and quality, including proper storage, labeling and dating of stock.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
