The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our seafront Offshore venue in Lytham St Annes. You’ll lead your section from prep to service, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and quality while coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

• Take full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene, safety and quality in storage, labelling and dating of stock.

As Breakfast Chef, you'll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation. You'll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
