Job summary

The Inn Collection Group’s Offshore in Lytham St Annes is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team, uphold excellent food hygiene, and manage the wash-up area and equipment. You’ll work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced pub-inn environment by the sea.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong emphasis on food hygiene and cleanliness.

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and kitchen procedures.

As Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene. Your positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn will be essential as you manage the wash-up area, ensure kitchen equipment cleanliness, and assist with basic food preparation.
You’ll work closely with team members and customers, demonstrating confidence and courtesy in all interactions. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to personal presentation. You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by following the cleaning schedule and taking on other general duties as directed.
