Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Commis Chef for The Seaton Lane Inn, situated in a vibrant community. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes, handle sections, and follow recipes and standards.

Whether you are experienced or studying, you will gain hands‑on training, food safety practices, labeling, and stock control, in a fast paced, collaborative kitchen. Join a winning team that values warmth, teamwork and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering good food and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a kitchen, studying or working in hospitality makes you a strong fit.
• You will manage your section, follow recipes and food standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and maintain a clean, safe station.
• Assist senior chefs and work collaboratively with front‑of‑house.
• Follow recipes and specifications and manage labeling and storage.
