Searcys currently seeks a Casual Kitchen Porter to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe. You will support the Kitchen Team with cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient operation in a busy events venue.

This casual role offers a per-hour rate of £13.50, working 5 days over 7, with benefits including pension, staff discounts, and generous annual leave. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, and a positive, team-focused attitude is key.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Assist with waste management and recycling.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables and cutting ingredients.
• Organise and store kitchen supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
• Help with unloading deliveries and storing items appropriately.

Searcys are looking for a Casual Kitchen Porter to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to assist the Kitchen Team in the day to day running of the Kitchen. As a Searcys Kitchen Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen staff by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas.

Job Description
