Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join the Pump Room team in Bath. You will support and monitor service of all food and drinks to guests at events, ensuring excellence in every interaction.

Role includes working across 7 days, with pay at £12.21 per hour plus Tronc. You will contribute to a high-end hospitality experience, including bar service and event preparations, while maintaining standards of presentation and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event
• Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner
• To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed
• To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality
• To work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
• To be able to use coffee machines
• Assist with deliveries as required
• Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager
• Ensuring that any linen hired, and equipment hired for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event

Searcys are looking for Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the Pump Room in Bath.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellence to our guests and clients on our events.

The Georgian Pump Room has been the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, and boasts amongst its previous patrons Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.

Job Description
