Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our kitchen and storage areas.

You will assist with deliveries, help maintain spotless floors and prep areas, and support a team that prides itself on exceptional service and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our dedicated team of Kitchen Porters, you will be integral in maintaining immaculate standards of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen and storage areas. Daily duties could include anything from ensuring the floors and food prep areas are spotless to helping the team with deliveries, so a can-do attitude and willingness to muck in are essential.
