Brown's Hotel in London’s Mayfair invites applications for a Night Receptionist to join our five-star team. The role involves overnight front desk duties, guest interactions, and contributing to a seamless guest experience.

You will work a 4-on, 4-off 12-hour shift with the Night Manager, handling check-ins/check-outs, cash, and night audit while delivering exceptional service and maintaining professionalism throughout the night.

Your Key Responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Night Receptionist and become part of our prestigious five-star team.

Shift Pattern:

4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)

You will work alongside the Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest requests and cash, and completing the night audit.

With excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, you will build lasting relationships with guests and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and we will support your growth as a front office expert.
