Your Key Responsibilities

Brown's Hotel London is seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join the renowned Donovan Bar. You will have a strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and modern mixology, with experience in a high-quality hospitality environment.

Working closely with the Bar Management Team, you will deliver exceptional, personalised service while creating memorable guest experiences. You will demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, while maintaining the high standards of Rocco Forte Hotels.

As part of the team, you will contribute to a positive and collaborative environment, with opportunities to develop your expertise in drinks, service, and hospitality through ongoing professional and personal development.
