Brown's Hotel, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels group, invites applications for a Cloakroom Attendant during the festive period. You will warmly welcome guests and visitors, confidently manage coats and belongings, and maintain a pristine cloakroom area in a busy hotel setting.

You will assist guests with enquiries, share knowledge about the hotel and local area, and uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and service. A personable, calm approach and strong teamwork are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Cloakroom Attendant at Rocco Forte Hotels during the festive period, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to hotel guests and external visitors, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

You will confidently manage guests’ coats and personal belongings, ensuring all items are handled with care, accurately organised and securely returned when requested. You will maintain the cloakroom to the highest standards, keeping the area clean, tidy and well presented throughout busy periods.

You will also assist guests with general enquiries and provide helpful information about the hotel, its facilities and the surrounding area. With a friendly, approachable and personable manner, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment, particularly during the busy festive season.
