Job summary

TGI Fridays UK is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen operations at our Manchester location. You will drive guest experience through real food, real vibes, and a spirit of celebration, reporting to the General Manager.

You will manage People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety, and Property, while ensuring standards and performance targets are met. Strong leadership, budgeting, and forecasting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
• The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the performance of the kitchen team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operation and performance.
• Ensure TGI Fridays standards are maintained and the kitchen delivers targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.
