TGI Fridays UK is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and deliver our guest-obsessed, real-food experience on every shift.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, drive performance, manage people and costs, ensure safety and quality, and inspire the brigade to meet targets while championing our ShowTime service.

This is a 48-hour contract with a competitive salary plus benefits, including 30 days holiday, private medical care and staff discounts.

Competenze

• Solid experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering in a kitchen environment.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver the ShowTime guest journey.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety.
