Join TGI Fridays UK as Kitchen Manager/Head Chef in Glasgow. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee all operations, ensure high standards, and drive guest-focused service and profitability.

The role rewards leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to real food, great vibes, and a celebratory atmosphere. You will contribute to a fast-paced guest journey, maintain brand standards, manage budgets and labour, and participate in staff development and safety initiatives.

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.

Being a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience
• Proven track record of leading teams to success
• Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
• The ability and skill to manage budgets, labourcontrolsand forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
