Qualifications

• The successful applicant should have solid experience in a similar role and a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate a guest-obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence.
• The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team; full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation and performance including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
• Ensure that TGI Fridays standards are maintained, and kitchen performance delivers its targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.
